Our Interview with a University of Delaware Football Player

With Miss Gaughan, the Club 21 students recently researched the University of Delaware and their Blue Hens football team. They finished a web quest that allowed them to explore the UD website and created interview questions for Andrew Pierce, the running back for the UD Blue Hens. The students were very interested in this topic, came up with excellent questions, and loved playing flag football at the end of the lesson. They are now anticipating their visit from Andrew, who will be coming when he gets free time from his football season and classes. Andrew will be answering any other questions the students have, talk to them about the importance of school, and play some football with them to encourage physical fitness. The students cannot wait!
